Refund Policy
Proshiksha Reform LLP (Hereinafter referred as “Shiksha Reform” or “We”) is committed to providing high-quality educational experiences to our Students (As defined below). We understand that there may be circumstances where a Student needs to request a refund for a Course (As defined below) enrollment. This Refund Policy (Hereafter referred as “Policy”) outlines the conditions under which Shiksha Reform will process refund requests.
This Refund Policy becomes applicable to a Student upon their successful enrollment into any Course offered by Shiksha Reform. By enrolling in a Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Policy.
This Policy aims to ensure transparency and fairness in handling Student refund requests. It establishes clear guidelines for Students regarding eligibility, timelines, and the refund process. By understanding this Policy, Students can make informed decisions about their Course enrollment and potential refunds.
DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS
“Course” refers to the online educational programs offered by Shiksha Reform or any third parties through the Platform.
“Platform” refers to online Learning Management System (LMS) provided by Shiksha Reform that Students can utilize to access Course materials and complete coursework.
“Course Benefits” refers solely to the obtaining a certification or credits relevant to the Course topic upon successful Course completion, as warranted by Shiksha Reform during the enrolment of the Couse.
“Technical Issues” refers to problems or malfunctions that significantly hinder a Student’s ability to complete the Course effectively. This solely includes (i) Inability to access essential Course materials such as lectures, notes, assignments, due to Platform issues such as difficulty logging in.
GENERAL POLICY
As a general principle, Shiksha Reform adheres to a no-refund policy after successful Course enrollment. This ensures Students are committed to their learning journey and discourages impulsive enrollments
EXCEPTIONS TO NO REFUND POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Refunds will be considered in the following exceptional situations:
- A partial refund will be granted if Shiksha Reform guaranteed Course Benefits for a specific Course but is unable to deliver it upon successful Course completion by the Student.
- Shiksha Reform will investigate reported Technical Issues that significantly hinder a Student’s learning experience. If the issue is deemed Shiksha Reform’s responsibility, a partial refund may be offered depending on the severity and duration of the Technical Issue.
REFUND REQUEST AND PROCESS
Once the Student has successfully completed the Course and all its requirements, they can submit a detailed refund request within 3 (Three) working days of encountering the issue related to the unfulfilled Course Benefit or any Technical Issues which hinders the Student’s ability to undertake the Course.
The request should clearly explain the promised Course Benefit that was not delivered or how the Technical Issues hindered the completion or availability of the Course.
Supporting evidence must be attached (such as screenshots of Course descriptions mentioning the guaranteed Course Benefit, or communication from Shiksha Reform representatives confirming the Course Benefit).
We will review the request and supporting evidence within 10 (Ten) business days. You will be notified via email whether the refund is eligible or not. In the event a refund is eligible, it will be processed within 14 (fourteen) business days after you receive notification of approval. The refund will be credited to the same account used for Course enrollment.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the Dispute Resolution provisions outlined in the Shiksha Reform’s Terms of Use, which can be accessed here: https://www.shiksha-reform.com/terms-of-use
